The Association has purchased pads to protect the elevator walls. They will be stored at B Building and are easily accessible. Contractors, movers, installers, etc. are encouraged to use them and, toward this end, owners are reminded that damage caused by the vendors they hire will be assessed and deducted from the required security deposit.
