Julie Lucas -2029 Beachwood Mid – Rise

Originally from Chicago, IL, I have owned property in the community since 2018 and have been a full-time resident since 2021. As a graduate of DePaul University, I began my career in banking then migrated to manufacturing and Information systems holding various Controller positions. As an accountant, I bring experience in budgeting, financial management, and attention to detail. I am interested in serving on the HOA board to help ensure responsible financial oversight, transparency, and long-term stability for our neighborhood. I value a well-maintained, welcoming community and am committed to working collaboratively, listening to residents, and making thoughtful decisions that benefit everyone.

    • Rent our Beachwood mid -rise condo, when not in use our family and friends use the condo.
    • Own a single-family home where my husband and I reside.

• • Am involved in various community activities:
    • Currently serve as an audit committee member for the Newcomers of Amelia Island.
    • Am a committee member in charge of the largest fundraiser that the Newcomers sponsors – Give A Heart which greatly benefits several community charities.

• Have been a part of IT implementation teams that were able to meet the goals and timelines.
• Have been the Social Committee Chair for an HOA for 3 years.
