WELCOME HOME
Beach Wood Villas is located on the eastern shore of Amelia Island in Nassau County, Florida. It is the largest condominium association within The Amelia Island Plantation originally developed by the famous Sea Pines Company. Beach Wood features 64 three-bedroom villas and 72 two-bedroom units found in three, four story buildings.
