IS THIS YOUR BIKE?

IS THIS YOUR BIKE?

They have been there, uncovered and unused, for a year or more. Rusting frames and chains, tethered but untended, unloved and silently begging to be freed to be recycled and made useful again.

None of it looks good or contributes to the “curb appeal” the Board of Directors works so hard to achieve. Other owners, guests and renters have no space during their stay. The racks in front of B and C buildings are particularly cluttered with A building being marginally better but still with its share of flattened tires. Repairs or replacement can’t be made until there is access and, even then, there is no incentive to proceed if the junk has to be replaced.

If you own an unused bike, please remove it as soon as possible. If you need assistance or just want to give permission for its removal after sufficient identification, please call our CAM, Andrea Grossman (904-468-0176). For heaven’s sake, don’t wheel it next to the dumpster or anywhere else. You will be adding work for someone else at additional cost to the Association.
An inventory has been taken. Three months from now the derelicts will be removed without further notice.
