BOARD WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR

BOARD WELCOMES NEW DIRECTOR

The Board of Directors welcomes Cheryl Holt as its newest member filling the vacancy created by the departure of Laura Brown who recently sold her mid-rise unit. Cheryl and her husband, Keith, an international cargo pilot, own mid-rise unit 2074 and are in residence as often as their busy careers allow. Cheryl attends to the rental of the unit and enjoys an enviable occupancy rate.

Cheryl also serves on her HOA board for their home near Lake Norman, NC, and brings to both positions valuable experience gained from serving for many years on the board of a large, community pool operation while they lived in Ohio. She currently works part-time at two retail stores and previously was the owner of Florida Keys Visitor Center for six years providing a hotel booking and water sports rental service to tourists. The diversity of her business and management experience is further revealed in having owned “The Dog Kennel”, a pet boarding service in Ohio.

Keith and Cheryl have two, adult children. She is an active Rotarian. Cheryl will temporarily assume Laura’s areas of responsibility including, among others, all campus landscaping issues and supervising the Martex operation.
