We’re getting a new manager at Beach Wood – Wynn Fendig

Our CAM, Andrea Grossman, has resigned her position effective October 1, 2023, to attend to personal matters out of state. Andrea has served Beach Wood well for more than five years first as an employee of our management company, AIM, and later as the owner of her own company, AG Impact. She has seen us through minor and major events ranging from leaking pipes to fires and hurricane cleanup and provided guidance throughout extensive renovation projects including bulkhead repair, mid-rise roofing maintenance and the current townhome roofing and siding placement. The Board has appreciated her knowledge, candor, availability, and professionalism. She has told us that Beach Wood has been special to her and her efforts on its behalf make that clear. We wish her and her family well and thank her for all she has done.

The Board has retained Wynn Fendig as its new CAM effective October 1, 2023. Wynn is an officer and employee of Tracy Fendig, PA, a professional association headquartered in Yulee providing property management and other services to the local community. Like AG Impact, the company and Wynn will provide similar services to two other Plantation condominium associations. He is a licensed Florida CAM. Immediately prior to joining Beach Wood, Wynn served as AIPCA’s Community Standards Director. His property and overall management skills are impressive. He was VP & Director of Operations for the famous White Oak Plantation in northeast Florida from 1994 to 2009. He then joined Property Management Systems, Inc. where he managed new development and complex associations in Jacksonville and Gainesville totaling 3500 units including Summer Beach on Amelia Island. Between 2018 and 2020 he served as onsite operations manager for two companies providing critical infrastructure rebuilding services to devastated Puerto Rico following Hurricane Maria.

Owners can continue to contact Andrea Monday through Friday during regular business hours with questions or concerns by phone (904-468-0176) or email (bwvacam@aol.com) through September 30th . Wynn will be available at the same email address beginning October 1 st. His phone number will be provided to all owners on that day. As always, emergency situations at night, weekends and holidays should be reported by phone to AIM Management/Omni Hotels at 904-261-6161 or 904-441-5617. The matter will immediately be referred to a CAM on call.

The Board of Directors.
