BOARD THANKS ANDERSON AND APPOINTS JOHNSON

At a Special Meeting held on May 23rd, The Board of Directors appointed John Johnson to fill the unexpired term of Neil Anderson who resigned his directorship as of April 30th.

Neil has been selected to chair a major charitable project in his Atlanta community and felt it required his full attention. “It’s been a privilege to have served on this Board along with a great group of friends that Missy and I have developed (and will continue to see!) over the past six years. Thanks, and keep up the great work.”

He joined the Board in August, 2018 and became Vice-President in November, 2022. He oversaw the operation of our town home units and was responsible for their on-going roof and siding renovation completing fifty-eight units since inception in 2019. During that time steps were taken to improve the structural design of villa balconies with twenty-four balconies being rehabilitated. Neil will continue to work on the completion of the re-roofing and balcony projects.

John Johnson and his wife, Darien, have been town homeowners since 2020 and visit from the Alpharetta, Georgia area frequently. John is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and retired from Stanley Black and Decker three years ago after a long career. “Having been active in the global business community for many years, …. I do have a relatively broad perspective in dealing with complex issues.” John previously served on the Fines Committee and will assume Neil’s responsibility for overseeing our villas and other assigned areas.

The Board thanks Neil for his dedicated service and looks forward to working with John and meeting Darien.
